Thank you for visiting and shopping at jmsheridan.com. We appreciate your business and your generosity in supporting local children’s charities. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipping notification and tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-2 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please contact us at https://www.jmsheridan.com/contact with your questions.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Orders are process and shipped on business days only, which are Monday – Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and are delivered within 3-5 business days. We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping.
Shipping rates are based on purchased dollar amount.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
JM Sheridan ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
JM Sheridan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JM Sheridan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
